SHINESKIN delivers orders to the available delivery countries shown during checkout. Delivery fees and available payment methods are displayed before you complete your order.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed after confirmation. Processing and delivery may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotions, or high order volume.
Delivery details
Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct. If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Returns
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Beauty and hygiene products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
